October 21 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's BDZ Passengers, part of state-owned railway group BDZ Holding, said on Monday that it has opened a tender for awarding a contract for delivery of 40 new passenger wagons, worth an estimated 76.7 million levs ($43.8 million/39.2 million euro), VAT excluded.
The contract also envisages supply of test stands, maintenance of the wagons and carrying out training of 14 employees, BDZ Passengers said in a tender notice.
The deadline for submitting expressions of interest is November 18. Selected candidates are expected to be invite to submit offers on January 30, 2020.
Offers will be ranked based on price and time for delivery.
