February 6 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Delta Credit SPV [BUL:6AC] said on Thursday that Sofia-based firm Activa Asset Management has increased its stake in the company to 5.08%.
Activa Asset Management grew its stake through funds it is running in a deal concluded on January 29, Delta Credit SPV said in a bourse filing, without providing further details.

The asset management firm controls Activa Balanced Fund and Activa High Yield Fund, according to the company's most recent financial statement available on the commercial register's website.
Prior to the deal, funds run by Activa Asset Management controlled a stake of below 5% in the capital of Delta Credit SPV.
Delta Credit SPV shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on January 28 when they closed unchanged at 36.80 levs ($20.7/18.8 euro).
