January 16 (SeeNews) - New passenger car registrations in Bulgaria increased by an annual 9.9% to 34,332 in 2018, the European Automobile Manufacturers Association, ACEA, said on Wednesday, citing provisional figures.
In December alone, registrations of new passenger cars in Bulgaria fell 16.5% year-on-year to 2,559, ACEA said in a press release.

New passenger car registrations in the EU, excluding Malta, edged up 0.1% to 15.16 million last year, according to ACEA.
In EU12, which encompasses member states that have joined the EU since 2004, new passenger car registrations rose 8.0% to 1.41 million in 2018.
In 2017, Bulgaria's new passenger car registrations rose 18.5% to 31,244.
