July 16 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian pension insurance company Toplina said that its shareholders have approved the company's plans to seek to raise its capital by some 300,000 levs ($172,000/153,000 euro).
Toplina intends to offer 300 new shares at a price of 1,000 levs each - equal to their nominal value, the company said in a notice to shareholders on Monday.
Toplina currently has a registered capital of 5.495 million levs, divided into 5,495 shares, according to commercial register data.
