April 3 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Synthetica [BUL:0SYA] said on Friday that local insurer Euroins has increased its stake in the company to 6.886% on March 31.
Following the transaction, Euroins owns 206,579 shares in the company, Synthetica said in a bourse filing.

At the end of last year, Euroins held a 4.62% stake in Synthetica.
Also on March 31, Euroins Romania Asigurare Reasigurare decreased its stake in Synthetica to 7.19%.
Both Euroins and Euroins Romania are part of Bulgarian financial and insurance group Eurohold Bulgaria [BUL:4EH].
Synthetica shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 43 levs ($24/22 euro).
