February 8 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Convenience, which operates online grocery shop eBag.bg, will seek to raise 1.9 million levs ($1.2 million/1 million euro) in an upcoming capital increase, according to commercial register documents.
Convenience intends to issue 6,250 Class A shares at a price of 96 levs apiece, and 10,914 Class B shares at a price of 116.48 levs per share, documents filed by the company with the commercial register on Thursday showed.
In November 2018, Bulgarian venture capital fund Eleven Ventures said that it has decided to invest between 100,000 euro and 300,000 euro in eBag.bg.
Online grocery shop eBag.bg offers more than 11,000 products and makes over 250 daily deliveries in Sofia.
