November 27 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria will offer for sale minority stakes in 11 companies at a centralised public auction to be held from December 5 to December 12, seeking to raise at least 920,000 levs ($533,000/470,000 euro), the Bulgarian Stock Exchange said on Tuesday.
The offered securities include a 41.29% stake in chemicals producer Hentsh and a 34.83% stake in textile company Galatex, worth a minimum of 417,378 levs and 227,132 levs, respectively, the bourse said in a statement.
