December 11 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's interior ministry said that it has signed a 1.7 million levs ($991,000/869,000 euro) deal with local SSARM, in accordance to which the IT infrastructure solutions provider will build a video surveillance system at Kulata border checkpoint, on the border with Greece.
The company also has to carry out the necessary training for the system's operation, the interior ministry said in a notice on Monday.
The deal was signed on December 6, according to the notice.
Two companies submitted offers in the public procurement procedure for awarding the contract.
