October 18 (SeeNews) - The Romanian stock indices ended higher on Friday as turnover declined, data from the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BVB, indicated.
The bourse's total equity turnover fell to 30 million lei ($8.7 million/6.8 million euro) from 49.8 million lei on Thursday.
Blue-chip property restitution fund Fondul Proprietatea [BSE:FP] gained 3.47% to 0.8950 lei in Friday's largest turnover in regular trading of 9.6 million lei.
Blue-chip oil and gas group OMV Petrom [BSE:SNP] ended 0.94% higher at 0.4291 lei in the second-largest turnover of 4.44 million lei.
Blue-chip natural gas producer Romgaz [BSE:SNG] rose 1.65% to 33.25 lei in 4.43 million lei turnover, the day's third largest.
