November 19 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange said that it will terminate the listing of the issue of shares of Bravo Property Fund REIT [BUL:BPY] on the Sofia bourse main market and will transfer the issue on the BaSE Alternative Market on November 20.
The issue has failed to meet the main market's minimum conditions for average daily turnover and number of shares traded during its initial three months of trading on the bourse, the BSE said in a statement on Friday.
Bravo Property Fund REIT shares started trading on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on August 10. Per BSE's main market rules, the issue was put under supervision for a period of three months, in order to check whether it will meet the minimum requirements.
Since their admission to trading, only 30,000 shares in Bravo Property Fund REIT changed hands on the floor of the BSE main market.
