November 19 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange said that it has decided to admit to trading a 5.4% 10 million euro ($11.5 million) bond issue of local investment company Zagora Fininvest.
The eight-year bonds, due in 2025, will start trading on the Sofia bourse on November 21, the BSE said in a statement on Friday.
The issue consists of 10,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 euro each.
Interest payments are due twice per year.
