February 22 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina's city of Zvornik said on Thursday it has launched an offer to buy all the shares it does not already own in local heating energy supplier Zvornik - Stan [BANJ:ZVST].
Zvornik city is offering 0.2135 marka ($0.12/0.11 euro) per each Zvornik - Stan share in the buyout bid, it said in a bourse filing.

The city currently owns a 69.56% stake in Zvornik - Stan.
The buyout offer is valid for 30 days from the announcement date.
The capital of Zvornik - Stan amounts to 1.6 million marka, divided into 1,603,088 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 marka each.
Its shares last traded on the Banja Luka bourse on December 28, when they closed 114.29% higher at 0.15 marka.
