February 1 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina's Zenica municipal government said it has signed a 34 million marka ($18.8 million/17.4 million euro) deal with Austrian company Strabag for the construction of a wastewater treatment plant in the city.
The works on the wastewater treatment plant should be completed within 26 months, the municipal government said on Wednesday.
Germany's state-owned investment and development bank KfW provided a grant of 13 million euro and the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) granted over 4 million euro for the realisation of the project. The remaining funds were secured by the City of Zenica, the municipal government said.
