June 24 (SeeNews) - Bosnia’s Telekom Srpske [BANJ:TLKM-R-A] said on Friday it will distribute a final dividend of 0.09179559 marka ($0.049/0.046 euro) per share for 2021, slightly lower than last year's final dividend payout of 0.0981163 marka.
The telco will pay as final dividend 45.1 million marka from its 2021 net profit of 74.3 million marka, it said in a bourse filing.
The remaining 29.2 million marka of last year's profit was distributed to the shareholders as an interim dividend of 0.0594 marka per share in December 2021.
The plan was approved by the company's shareholders at a meeting on Friday.
The company's shares closed flat at 1.52 marka on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE) on Friday.
Telekom Srpske is the second-largest telecommunications company in Bosnia. It is majority-owned by Serbian state-controlled Telekom Srbija and has its clients mainly in the Serb Republic entity, which forms Bosnia and Herzegovina together with the Federation entity.
Bosnia, a country of some 3.5 million, has two other telecommunication companies, both state-controlled - the biggest one, BH Telecom, and HT Mostar.
