June 22 (SeeNews) - Consumer prices in Bosnia's Serb Republic rose by 13.2% on the year in May, after rising by 11.7% in April, the entity's statistical office said on Wednesday.
On a monthly comparison basis, consumer prices in the Serb Republic were 1.5% higher in May, after an increase of 1.6% in April, the entity's statistical office said in a monthly inflation report.
In annual terms, prices of transport services rose 31.2% in May and prices of food and non-alcoholic beverages went up 21.8%.
Consumer prices in Bosnia's Serb Republic rose by 1.7% on average last year, after falling by 1.2% in 2020.
The Serb Republic is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
