September 22 (SeeNews) - The number of construction permits issued in Bosnia's Serb Republic totalled 99 in August, up 15.1% on the year, the entity's statistical office said on Thursday.
The number of permits issued for residential and non-residential buildings fell by 2.6 % in annual terms to 74 in August, whereas the number of permits for civil engineering projects rose by 150% to 25, the Institute of Statistics of the Serb Republic said in a monthly report.
The number of permits issued for dwellings increased by 14.5% in annual terms to 522 in August.
The Serb Republic is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
