July 24 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's Sejari said on Wednesday it is launching a buyout bid for the remaining 52.4% stake it does not yet own in local bus transport company Centrotrans Eurolines [SAJ:CTBU].
Sejari aims to acquire all outstanding 63,681 shares of Centrotrans Eurolines, offering to pay 46.00 marka ($26.2/23.5 euro) per share, which is 65.71% of the stock's nominal value, it said in a statement.

The buyout bid will remain valid for 28 days.
Sarajevo-based Sejari is the official representative, distributor and maintenance services provider of bus brands such as VDL Bus & Coach, Isuzu and Krone for Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Centrotrans Eurolines was founded in 1963 as part of the Centrotrans Sarajevo transport company. In 1997, it became a full member of the Eurolines organization.
Centrotrans is the leading bus transport company in Bosnia, with a fleet of over 200 vehicles.
