BANJA LUKA (Bosnia and Herzegovina), December 11 (SeeNews) – Bosnia’s Nova Banka [BANJ:NOVB-R-E] said it is offering for sale a package of 1,298,665 of its shares carrying the ticker symbol NOVB-L1 at a starting price of 0.70 marka ($0.41/0.36 euro) apiece at an auction on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange.
The auction will be held on December 17, with the minimum tick size set at 0.01 marka, the lender said in a bourse notice on Monday.

Nova Banka is based in Banja Luka, in the Serb Republic, one of the two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Muslim-Croat Federation.
The shares of Nova Banka closed 1.38% down at 0.65 marka on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange on Tuesday. Their nominal price is 1.0 marka.
