SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), April 22 (SeeNews) – Bosnian engineering company Energoinvest [SAJ:ENISR] said its net loss widened to 10.9 million marka ($6.3 million/5.6 million euro) in 2018, from a loss of 10.1 million marka a year earlier.
Operating income grew to 129.1 million marka last year from 116.04 million marka in 2017, while operating costs increased 9.1% to 137.7 million marka, Energoinvest said in a financial statement sent to the Sarajevo Stock Exchange on Friday.
The number of employees at Energoinvest decreased to 378 in 2018, from 414 the year before.
In February 2018, the government of Bosnia's Federation approved the business plan of the entity's privatisation agency for 2018 which foresees the sale of a 67% stake in Energoinvest.
The Federation is one of the two autonomous entities that make up Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
