September 20 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina's largest retailer Bingo has acquired local company Dzananovic, which owns a shopping centre and a hotel in Zenica, local media reported.
The Zenica shopping centre and the Zenica hotel employ over 140 people in total, news provider Klix quoted company owner Salko Dzananovic as saying last week.

The value of the deal was not disclosed.
Bingo declined to comment on the report when contacted by SeeNews.
Established in 1993, Bingo owns a retail chain and seven shopping centres in the country.
