March 18 (SeeNews) - The average net monthly salary in Bosnia and Herzegovina stood at 1,328 marka ($738/679 euro) in January, up by a real 7.7% on an annual comparison basis, and higher by 2.2% compared to December, the country's statistical office said on Monday.
In nominal terms, the average net monthly wage rose by 9.9% year-on-year and by 2.4% month-on-month in January, the statistical office said in a monthly statement.
The average gross monthly salary was 2,052 marka in January, 8.1% higher on the year in real terms.
Last year, the average net monthly salary in real terms rose 6.1%, while the average gross salary in went up 6.5% year-on-year compared to 2022, the same office has said earlier.
