September 20 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's trade deficit expanded 4.7% on the year in the first eight months of 2018, reaching 4.9 billion marka ($2.9 billion/2.5 billion euro), the country's statistical office said on Monday.
Exports rose 10.4% year-on-year to 7.8 billion marka from January through August, while imports increased 8.2% to 12.7 billion marka, Bosnia’s Agency for Statistics said in a statement.
In 2017, Bosnia's trade gap increased 5.0%, reaching 7.081 billion marka.
