October 6 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's construction company Granit [MSE:GRNT] said that three management board members acquired a total of 3,821 of its ordinary shares.
Board chairman Strasho Milkovski acquired 626 shares, the issuer said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.
Board members Andrea Serafimovski and Katerina Gjerdovska acquired 3,074 and 121 shares, respectively.
The value of the transactions was not disclosed.
Granit's share capital is divided into 3,071,377 shares of 5 euro in par value each.
Shares in Granit last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange on October 5, at an average price of 1,420 denars, according to the most recent bourse data available.
Skopje-based Granit was established as a state-owned company in 1952 and privatised in 1996. Its main activities include construction and rehabilitation of roads. The company owns several concrete and asphalt plants and stone quarries.
