BELGRADE (Serbia), July 8 (SeeNews) – Belgrade stock indices ended a tad higher in decreased turnover on Friday, bourse data showed.
The blue-chip BELEX15 index of the Belgrade Stock Exchange (BELEX) ticked up 0.05% to 727.11 points after adding 0.31% to 726.74 dinars on Thursday.
The broader BELEXline climbed 0.05% as well to 1,356.43 after edging up 0.27% in the previous trading session.
BELEX total turnover decreased to 44.3 million dinars ($622,191/440,980 euro) from 55.6 million dinars on Thursday.
The joint SRX index of the bourses in Belgrade and Vienna retreated 1.63% to end at 267.82.
Decliners outnumbered gainers 19 to 10 and 13 companies closed flat on Friday.
Blue-chip oil company Naftna Industrija Srbije (NIS) rose 1.42% to 716 dinars in a turnover of 24.5 million dinars, the session's biggest.
In single price auction trading construction materials producer Sloga Novi Pazar [BEL:SLNP] fell 6.98% to 400 dinars in the second biggest turnover of 4.4 million dinars.
JP Aerodrom Nikola Tesla, the company operating the Belgrade international airport, ended 1.28% higher at 553 dinars in the third largest turnover of 3.6 million dinars.
The preferred shares of blue chip AIK Nis [BEL:AIKB] were Friday's top loser, plunging 7.30% to end at 1,168 dinars.
Privredna Banka [BEL:PRBN] was the session’s top gainer, soaring 15% to 460 dinars.
