September 15 (SeeNews) - Aerodrom Nikola Tesla [BEL:AERO] led the blue-chip gainers' list on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Thursday, as stock indices went up, bourse data showed.
A total of 156 Aerodrom shares changed hands in a turnover of 233,499 dinars. Aerodrom closed up 2.39% at 1,497 dinars.
Oil and gas company NIS [BEL:NIIS] generated the highest turnover of 775,235 dinars among the blue-chips on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Thursday. Its shares closed up 0.63% at 634 dinars.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session up 0.64% at 848.0 points. The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, closed up 0.32% at 1,727.29.
The total turnover on the bourse amounted to 5.1 million dinars ($43,500/43,500 euro) on Thursday, down from 143.8 million dinars on Wednesday, as 71 transactions were carried out.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the stock exchange generated a turnover of 370,600 dinars.
