November 1 (SeeNews) - The Belgrade Stock Exchange removed soybean processing company Sojaprotein [BEL:SJPT] from the Open Market segment as the shares do not meet the trading requirements.
The decision came into effect after the closure of the session on October 31, the Belgrade Stock Exchange said in a statement on Thursday.
Sojaprotein was also excluded from the BelexFIX Financial Information eXchange protocol-based platform of the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
Last month, Serbian agro-industrial conglomerate Victoria Group carried out a squeeze-out of the 1,326,291 shares in Sojaprotein it did not own.
Sojaprotein was excluded from the blue-chip BELEX15 index and free-float market capitalisation weighted index BELEXline on October 11.
The soybean processing company was one of 11 members of the BELEX15 and accounted for 0.73% of the total capitalisation of the index. The BELEX15 now consists of ten members.
