November 14 (SeeNews) - Czech Republic-based real estate developer CTP Invest plans to build a 15 million euro ($16.5 million) factory of Austrian manufacturer of exhaust gas turbochargers BMTS in Novi Sad, northern Serbia, the city government has said.
The factory will have a footprint of 24,350 square metres and will be located in the CTPark Novi Sad industrial zone that is currently being developed by CTP Invest, the city government said in a statement on Wednesday.

BMTS plans to open 500 jobs at the new factory, the construction of which will be completed at the end of March 2020, and to install equipment worth about 35 million euro.
In July 2018, CTP Invest said it plans to invest 75 million euro ($87.4 million) in two industrial property projects in Serbia - CTPark Belgrade West and CTPark Novi Sad.
CTP Invest is the owner of CTPark Network, the largest integrated system of premium business parks in Central Europe, with over 4.4 million square metres of A-Class properties in strategic locations throughout the region.
