August 8 (SeeNews) - Vienna-headquartered real estate company CA Immobilien Anlagen Aktiengesellschaft (CA Immo) said it has entered exclusive negotiations for the sale of its Romanian portfolio.
CA Immobilien Anlagen AG has decided to enter into exclusive due diligence and negotiations based on a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in relation to the sale, it said in a press release on Friday.

"The outcome of this process is still uncertain," the company noted.
CA Immo owns seven office buildings in Bucharest: Campus 6.1, Bucharest Business Park, Europe House, Opera Center I, Opera Center II, Orhideea Towers and Riverplace.
Founded in 1987, CA Immobilien Anlagen AG controls property assets of around €6.3 billion ($6.4 billion) in Germany, Austria and Eastern Europe.
