November 26 (SeeNews) - Chemicals supplier Himsnab Bulgaria [BUL:58E] said on Monday that local company Aster 2000 cut its stake in the company to 19.56% from 24.19% on November 21.
Following the transaction, Aster 2000 holds 487,970 Himsnab shares, the chemicals supplier said in a statement.

Himsnab did not provide further details.
The 4.63% stake in Himsnab Bulgaria sold by Aster 2000 is equal to 115,501 shares in the chemicals supplier.
Himsnab's last trading price on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, of 42.6 levs per share, values the deal at over 4.9 million levs ($2.8 million/2.5 million euro).
Last month, local insurer Armeec increased its stake in Himsnab to 5.0%.
Himsnab supplies raw chemicals for the food, pharmacy and cosmetics industries.
