February 5 (SeeNews) - Albanian vehicle structures manufacturer Timak has delivered its first order of motorcycles for the needs of the medical emergency service, CEO Arjeta Puca told SeeNews on Monday.
The four motorcycles have been ordered by Albania’s national medical emergency centre, QKUM, Puca told SeeNews by phone.
The motorcycles ambulance aims to facilitate first aid response in congested traffic conditions, Puca said in a social media post last week. Timak is preparing for another delivery of medical emergency motorcycles, Puca added.
Established in 2016, Timak focuses on production, conversion and installation of superstructures of various vehicles, such as ambulances, fire trucks, water tankers, winter and summer road maintenance vehicles, sewage cleaning machines, pile drivers, mobile truck solutions and other similar conversions, according to its website. It has offices in Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Turkey and Montenegro.
