September 6 (SeeNews) - Albania's finance ministry sold about 4 billion leks ($33.8 million/34.1 million euro) worth of government securities at two auctions held on September 6, data by the country's central bank shows.
The finance ministry sold 3 billion leks worth of two-year Treasury notes that will mature on July 14, 2024, the data shows.
The finance ministry also sold 1 billion leks worth of three-month government securities with a maturity date of December 8, 2022. Some 200 million leks of the offer was reserved for the central bank.
