April 3 (SeeNews) - Flag carrier Air Serbia said on Wednesday that it carried 271,102 passengers in March, 15% more compared to the same month of 2023.
This is Air Serbia’s best March result since 2013, when the company started operating under its current name, the air carrier said in a press release.
In March, Air Serbia operated 3,018 flights, representing an increase of 8% on the year, it added.
"During the first three months, we transported over 750,000 passengers, that is 110,000 more than in the same quarter of last year. In addition, we conducted 16% more flights compared to the first three months of 2023. We expect to transport the millionth passenger soon in 2024," said Air Serbia CEO, Jiri Marek.
