1977 - Alumina plant and Bauxite mines merge in a new company named Aluminij Mostar.
1981 - The Aluminium factory becomes a part of Aluminij Mostar.
1985 – The company becomes a part of RO Energoinvest Aluminij under the name OOUR Tvornica Aluminija - Mostar.
1990 - The company spins off Energoinvest Aluminij and changes name to DP Aluminij - Mostar.
1997 – The company transforms into a joint stock company. Croatian aluminium smelter Tvornica Lakih Metala (TLM) acquires 12% in Aluminij d.d.
Jan 14, 1999 - The company receives an ISO 9001:2008 Quality management systems certificate, valid until November 9, 2015.
Nov 10, 2003 - Aluminij d.d. receives an ISO 14001:2004 Environmental management systems certificate, valid until November 9, 2015.
2012 - The Privatisation Agency of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina plans to sell 88% in Aluminij d.d.
Sept 9, 2013 - Aluminij d.d. lists on the Sarajevo Stock Exchange.
