The Zargeb Stock Exchnage ranked first among 10 Southeast European bourses in terms of market capitalisation at the end of 2009 with EUR 23.38 bln, however, it registered a 3.06% year-on-year decrease. The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE and Rasdaq platforms) marked the highest rise in market capitalisation in 2009, 49.5%.
