The Party of Democratic Action (SDA) is a Bosniak nationalist political party in Bosnia and Herzegovina, founded in 1990. It is the strongest political party among the Bosniak population in Bosnia and Herzegovina with branches in Croatia and Serbia (Sandžak region). At the last legislative elections in October 2006 the party won 9 out of 42 seats in the House of Representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina, 28 out of 98 seats in the House of Representatives of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and 3 out 83 in the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska. The party is an observer member of the European People's Party (EPP).
