EU urges Kosovo political leaders to form govt after inconclusive election

The European Commission on Monday urged leaders of political parties in Kosovo to reach consensus despite inconclusive early general election in order to form a functioning government as a condition for Kosovo to progress towards achieving EU candidate status.
