March 28 (SeeNews) - Serbian engineering and technical consultancy firm Geo-Projekt SM said it plans to acquire the remaining stake of 8.15% in local trading company Tehnohemija [BEL:THSM] it does not already own.
Geo-Projekt SM intends to acquire all 2,779 Tehnohemija shares held by minority shareholders, the company said in a filing to the Belgrade bourse on Wednesday, without disclosing its price offer.

The takeover bid will be launched in the next 15 days, it added.
Tehnohemija's total equity is divided into 34,110 shares of 1,000 dinars ($9.2/8.5 euro) in nominal value each. They did not trade on the Belgrade bourse in the past year.
Both companies are located in the city of Sremska Mitrovica, in the northern province of Vojvodina.
