January 9 (SeeNews) - Romanian real estate developer Edelstein Group said on Tuesday it will invest more than 60 million euro ($65.6 million) in a residential complex located in the city of Cluj-Napoca.
The Diamond residential complex will comprise 69 apartments alongside a mix of functional spaces, Edelstein Group said in a press release.
The company has already started construction on the complex, whose inauguration will unfold across three phases. The first phase is expected to be finished in the first half of 2026.
The compound will feature 492 parking spaces, as well as a supermarket, small shops, a restaurant, hotel, office spaces, medical service centre, convenience stores, sports facilities, as well as spaces for creative industries and a kindergarten.
Established in 2018 by two entrepreneurs, Edelstein Group is active on the Romanian and German real estate markets.
