This communication includes the selected statistical data related to vital statistics in 2007, in the Republic of Serbia (without data on Kosovo and Metohia). Data are obtained from the annual statistical survey on live births (Dem-1) and deaths (Dem-2). Since 2005, data have been processed according to the methodology applied for the 2002 Census. Starting with 1995, the Statistical Office has been publishing this Communication in regular annual periodicity.
