PREFACE
This publication presents the main statistical indicators on industrial situation and trends. The data refer to 2006 and they have been collected in line with the Nomenclature of Industrial Products and the Nomenclature of Industrial Raw Materials based on the Classification of Activities (CA).
The Classification of Activities was implemented in our country on 1st January 2001. It has been harmonized both with NACE – rev 1 (an EU classification) and the Classification of Products by Activities (CPA 2001), which is a European standard serving for linking classifications of products from various fields.
The publication encloses data on industrial production, consumption of raw materials and energy commodities, number of employees and labor productivity as well as those on manufactured products. They refer to the Republic of Serbia, Central Serbia and Vojvodina.
