Trace Group Hold AD [T57]
Strabag and Terna appeal Trakia tender
Strabag and Terna are appealing the tender for the construction of a 31.8km section of the Trakia highway, which was won by a consortium of SK 13 Holding and Trace Group Hold.
The two companies, which took part in the tender, require the Commission for Protection of Competition (CPC) to temporarily stop the procedure until it announces its final decision. If the CPC honours their pledge, the signing of the construction contract with the winner will be delayed.
In the tender Strabag was disqualified because of technical issues with documentation, while Terna ranked second after the winning consortium.
