market Highlights

The consecutive decline of the market send the main index below the threshold of 600 points in low volumes. The most of deals were made at the bids and pushed down the market. The banking sector closed mixed. Bulgarian American credit Bank (5BN: 22.00; +2.33%) was the best performer. Corporate Commercial Bank (6C9: 70.00; 0.00%) supported the overall volumes as totally 8 194 shares changed hands during the session. We will se the impact of the new banks’ regulations in the next month’s financial reports. Sopharma (3JR: 2.37; +9.49%) outperformed the market and erased some of previous session’s losses in moderate volumes. The trailing P/E of the pharmaceutical company is above the average for the market, whereas P/S of 0.75 is around the average. Both battery producers on BSE – Monbat (5MB: 6.80; 0.00%) and Elhim Iskra (52E: 2.30; 0.00%) closed unchanged.
