Gains accelerated on Tuesday following the record leap on Wall Street. The stock market opened with 12% increase but some moderate selling pressure pushed down the prices. However, bulls maintained the control of the market and easily absorbed the offered shares. The turnover was moderate, although a bit higher than the average for September and October. Chimimport was the most actively traded position and quickly found equilibrium at the price of BGN 4.60%. The position advanced 15% and outperformed its subsidiaries, which also gained between 7 and 13%. Only the insurer Euro Ins weakened on Tuesday among SOFIX components in insignificant volumes. Banks jumped 10%. SOFIX soared 7.5%.
