Most stocks posted visible losses and the main reasons for the broad sell-off were several weak financial reports. Lead & Zink Complex lost 15% after the announcement of negligible profit for the quarter. Orgachim slumped 13% due to the persistent selling pressure and despite the fact that the company showed better profitability during the second quarter and 20% increase of sales. Sopharma disappointed the market although the monthly announced results already pointed to a weak quarter. Chimport and its subsidiaries were also down. Small caps were mixed – speculators are withdrawing their bid offers, which contributed to the increased volatility.
