The government's asset-selling body said in tender notices on its website it has cut the starting price for the majority stake in Remont Zeljeznickih Vozila Bjelovar’s to 31.2 million kuna ($5.5 million/4.4 million euro) from 39 million kuna it asked in a previous tender held this autumn.
The call price for the majority stake in Remont I Proizvodnja Zeljeznickih Vozila Slavonski Brod was cut to 20.8 million kuna from 26 million kuna and the starting price for 74% of Zeljeznicko Ugostiteljstvo was slashed to 42.4 million kuna from 53 million kuna.
The potential bidders are required to keep the core business of the three units of Croatian Railways which have a combined workforce of 660.
