July 19 (SeeNews) - Slovenian life insurer KD Zivljenje Zavarovalnica sold its stake in Bulgarian balanced mutual fund KD Pelikan for an undisclosed sum, Sofia-based media reported on Tuesday.
KD Zivljenje Zavarovalnica transferred on July 12 its 32.42% stake in KD Pelikan to mutual funds of the group of Bulgarian investment firm Chimimport Invest, Dnevnik business daily reported, quoting data from the central depository.

Chimimport Invest is owned by local blue-chip industrial group Chimimport.
