The BSE-Sofia Board of Directors has taken the following decision at its meeting held on 09.03.2010/ Record No 12:
With reference to an application submitted by Investment Intermediary CB Eurobank EFG Bulgaria AD pursuant to Art. 20 (1) of the Membership Rules, Part II of BSE Rules, the BSE-Sofia Board of Directors has registered Investment Intermediary CB Eurobank EFG Bulgaria AD as a market maker of the issue of shares of Enemona AD-Kozloduy /E4A/ on the grounds of Art. 21 (1) of the Membership Rules.
