On the grounds of Art. 65 (5) in relation to Art. 65 (2) of Part IV-Trading Rules of the BSE Rules, the period of suspension of the trade in shares of Euroterra Bulgaria AD-Sofia /4EJ/, ISIN - BG1100013058, will be extended by three (3) more working days as of 17.03.2010.

In connection with a letter obtained from CB Piraeus Bank Bulgaria AD in its capacity of a bondholders' trustee on the corporate bond issue of Florina Bulgaria AD-Sofia /9MBA/, ISIN BG 2100023071, we inform you herewith about an overdue partial principal repayment on the designated issue, payable on 14.03.2010. In this connection, Bulgarian Stock exchange - Sofia takes the following actions:
1) As of 16.03.2010 discontinues the calculation of the accumulated interest on the bond issue of Florina Bulgaria AD-Sofia /9MBA/, ISIN BG 2100023071.
2) When quoting a clean price of 100% per bond, the dirty price will be Euro 900.
Depending on the decisions to be taken by the General Meeting of the Bondholders of the company appointed for 25.03.2010, the parameters of the issue will be corrected by BSE-Sofia.
