BSE-Sofia informs all its members that by decision No 50-FB/14.01.2009 of the Deputy Chairman of the Financial Supervision Commission, Head of Investment Supervision Division, the adopted on 11.12.2008 by the Board of Directors amendments to the BSE Rules have been approved. The amendments to the Rules concern Part II-Membership Rules, Part III-Listing Rules and Part IV-Trading Rules as well as the addition of a new Part VIII-Conflict of Interest Rules.
