


































Bulgarian company Masterbuild plans to build holiday complexes on the country's southern Black Sea coast.
The Medovo complex will sprawl on a 100,000 sq m plot in the north of the eponymous village. It will have a floor space of 16,500 sq m and deliver 64 buildings with home areas ranging from 95 sq m to 214 sq m. The construction works will kick off by the end of March and wind up by the end of 2010.
Golf Village will stand on a 21.8 hectare plot near Kableshkovo. The construction will start in the autumn of 2008 and will finish in the spring of 2010. The complex will comprise retail and leisure outlets, bars and restaurants, offices, a conference hall and a spa hotel with an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool.
